Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our collections:

  • Intimates + Lounge (underwear, sleepwear)
  • Hair + Hats (hair accessories, hats)
  • Swimwear (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal), it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
